Farrell Physiotherapy Chelmsford has an expert and experienced physiotherapy team who can assess, treat and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal aches and pains, sports injuries and pain conditions.
We aim to relieve your pain as soon as we can, remove the underlying cause for your pain and get you back to doing the things you love.
OUR SERVICES
- Physiotherapy. Our physios are highly skilled and committed to continuing education to ensure you get the best and most up-to-date assessment and treatment of your problems.
- Sports Injuries. We routinely manage sports injuries in everyone from occasional athletes to elite performers.
- Acupuncture. Our physiotherapists use acupuncture to boost the body’s natural stress and pain relieving chemicals. It is useful as an addition to normal physiotherapy where pain is a dominant factor.
- Pilates. Pilates stretches and strengthens the entire body and is useful for pain, loss of strength or balance and in conditions such as arthritis or pregnancy.
- Gait Analysis. We use video analysis of walking or running to identify problem movement patterns and correct them. This may be useful in foot pain, sports performance or in the choice of shoes.
- Corporate Health Physiotherapy. Both employers and employees can benefit greatly from a physiotherapy-led corporate health programme. Reducing pain and the risks of disability can pay off both for workers and for the company by minimising costs and time off. We can offer onsite physiotherapy at your workplace, access to our clinic, ergonomic assessments of workstations and triage and advice over the phone. This investment has been shown to pay itself back many times over.
- Sports Massage. Back and neck pain, muscle pain and tiredness after activity can all be helped by sports massage. If you want to keep competing at a high level, a sports massage can help those muscles and joints recover more quickly.
All our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
